Skijoring in CNY
CLEVELAND, N.Y. — A new winter sport made its debut in Central New York this February, as skijoring officially arrived at North Riding LLC on February 22nd. The high-energy event unfolded atop the hill overlooking Oneida Lake, offering participants and spectators alike a unique blend of speed, skill, and winter scenery.

Skijoring drew riders, skiers, and curious onlookers to the north shore, where competitors teamed up to navigate a course of gates and obstacles. Horses galloped across the snowy terrain while skiers and snowboarders were towed behind.
The event brought in teams of equestrians and skiers eager to try something new. Spectators lined the course, cheering as teams raced against the clock.
Event coordinators expressed optimism about making skijoring an annual attraction, citing strong community interest.
