ESQHA Fall Show September 23rd -27th

Photo only sign up :

$350 Additional horses can be added on for an extra $200 ( medium resolution photos of one horse and rider pair for the duration of the show, includes in ring and candids )

$150 Single class photo sign up ( medium resolution photos of one horse and rider pair for one class, includes in ring and candids )

Video only sign up: Reels are a minimum of 15 seconds and up to 60 seconds

Basic Reel: Includes video footage from one class or event of your choice, showcasing a mix of action and candid moments when possible. $85

Premium Reel: Includes video footage from two to four classes or events of your choice, showcasing a mix of action and candid moments when possible. $120

Photo and video sign up: $500 ( includes all medium resolution photos and a Premium Reel ) Additional horses can be added on for an extra $250

All above pricing is for one horse and rider pair.

Pro Photo and video sign up: $850 ( includes all medium resolution photos and a Pro Reel ) can include multiple horses - showcasing a mix of action and candid moments when possible

Video only sign up: Reels are a minimum of 15 seconds and up to 60 seconds

Pro Reel: Includes video footage from as many classes or events of your choice, and can include multiple horses - showcasing a mix of action and candid moments when possible. $200

How it works: Sign up through our online portal. Once we receive your sign up you will be sent a conformation email. Up to 2 weeks prior to the event you will be sent an invoice for the full amount and instructions on how to access your private online gallery. Day of the show we will ask for your class entries and back number. You will receive your photos uploaded to a private gallery daily* , videos turnaround is up to 48-72 hours after the last day of the show ends.

Medium resolution files are printable up to 8×10, prints and canvases can be purchased through your online gallery as well. Photo edits ( ear fixes etc.) are an extra fee per photo.
